From your diploma to the supporting transcript
A school or employer may ask for a diploma, a transcript, or a complete set of academic records. Send the request you received along with the documents so we can agree on exactly what needs translation.
We review diplomas, degree certificates, school completion certificates, transcripts, and course records. Keep the issuing institution’s name, dates, signatures, and seals visible in your scans.
Include the explanation of grades and abbreviations
Transcripts often include information outside the list of subjects and marks. Send any legend explaining grades, credits, abbreviations, or course codes, including information printed on the reverse side. This helps keep the translated record understandable as a whole.
Check that smaller text remains readable. If your transcript spans several pages, preserve the page order and include any continuation or certification page. Tell us whether a diploma and transcript should be treated as separate documents.
Check the school’s delivery instructions
Share any requirement for a signed certification, a particular file format, or a paper copy before work begins. Ask the receiving school whether it also needs a separate credential evaluation or records sent directly by the issuing institution.
A translation presents the information in another language. Our translation quote does not include converting marks to a U.S. GPA or determining an equivalent U.S. degree. Clear instructions help you order the service the recipient actually needs.
Choose the language from the document
Tell us the language of each record if your diploma and transcript differ. For example, a diploma may contain Arabic and French, or a certificate from Haiti may be written in French. Include every section so we can review the complete language combination.
Find your language.
We handle document translation inquiries in Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole, French, Portuguese, Somali, and other languages. Tell us the language on your document and the language you need. We confirm the language pair and the pages before starting.
Explore all 20 featured languages. For a record from Haiti, send the actual document so we can distinguish French from Haitian Creole.

Can you translate a diploma and its transcript together?
Yes. Send both complete documents and tell us what the receiving school or employer has requested. We confirm the total page count, document organization, and completion time before starting.

A GPA calculation or credential evaluation is a separate task. Our translation presents the subjects, marks, and other information shown in the source. Check whether your recipient also requires an evaluation.
Can I order a French or Portuguese diploma translation online?
Yes. Send a readable copy of the diploma and any accompanying records for review. Certified translation is $50 per page and includes a certification statement signed in wet ink; online delivery contains a scanned signed copy.

Certified translation is $50 per page of the original document, with no word-count limit. We confirm the page count, total, and any requested extras before work begins.
Can I send photos, or do you need scanned copies or originals?
Start with complete, readable photos or scans, including backs with text, seals, signatures, or grade legends. We review the files and let you know if clearer copies are needed. Share the receiving school or organization’s instructions before ordering.
Do you provide certified education document translations?
Yes. Certified translation includes a certification statement with a wet-ink signature. Digital delivery includes a scanned copy of the signed certification. The receiving organization decides whether the translation and format meet its requirements.

We confirm the completion time after reviewing your pages, language pair, legibility, and deadline. Tell us your deadline before agreeing to the order, and ask about urgent availability rather than assuming a same-day delivery.
How can I receive my completed translations?
Written translations can be delivered digitally throughout the United States. If you need the original paper copy bearing the wet-ink signature, arrange a handoff in Columbus and confirm the time and location first.
