From a birth certificate to a complete set of records
You may have one acta de nacimiento to translate, or several documents that need to be read together. Send us the pages you have and explain where the English translation will be used. We review the documents before confirming the page count and completion time.
Birth and marriage certificates, divorce records, identity documents, and school papers can include notes outside the main printed section. Please include the full page, the reverse side when it contains text, and any attached certification.
Names should stay connected across your paperwork
If you use two surnames, or your name appears differently on another record, share that information with your request. An existing passport or English-language record can help us understand the spelling you use. The translation still needs to reflect what the Spanish document says.
Accents, dates, places of birth, and handwritten additions deserve the same attention as the main text. If a scan cuts off a stamp or a word is difficult to read, we will ask for a clearer copy instead of filling in the missing detail.
Arrange the version you need
Tell us whether you need a certified English translation and share any instructions from the organization receiving it. A certification statement signed in wet ink is included with our certified service.
You can receive a scanned signed copy through our online service. For the original paper copy, arrange a Columbus handoff and confirm the time and location before traveling.
Questions about your document
My surname is written differently on two documents. What should I send?
Send both records and explain the difference when you request your quote. We can review how the names appear, but a translation cannot correct or replace the information in the original record.
Can I send a phone photograph of my Spanish document?
Yes. Place it flat in good light and include all four corners. Check that the text, stamps, and any writing on the back are readable before sending it.
Can I request an English-to-Spanish translation?
Tell us the language direction and send the document for review. We will confirm availability and any formatting or certification instructions before accepting the order.
