Our certified document translation is $50 per page and includes a certification statement with a wet-ink signature. We confirm the page count, timing, and any requested extras before work begins.
For online delivery, receive a scanned copy of the signed certification with your translation. If you need the original paper copy bearing the wet-ink signature, arrange a hand-to-hand pickup or delivery in Columbus. Confirm the location and time with us first.
What a certified translation includes
A certified translation is accompanied by a signed statement identifying the document and languages and affirming the translation’s accuracy and completeness. The statement also identifies the signer and their qualifications. A business stamp alone does not provide this certification.
Certification of a document translation is different from an individual translator holding a professional credential. See the American Translators Association’s explanation. Tell us any requirements from the organization receiving your translation before work begins.

Before you place an order
Is notarization the same as translation certification?
No. Notarization concerns the signer’s identity or signature; it does not establish the accuracy of a translation. Share any notarization requirement with us when requesting your quote.
Do I need to visit Columbus?
No. Written translations can be ordered and delivered online throughout the United States. In-person handoffs are available only by arrangement in Columbus.
Can you guarantee that an organization will accept my document?
The receiving organization decides what it will accept. We ask you to share its instructions so we can agree on the translation format and certification needed for your request.
